The wait is killing me, the first two months went by quickly but these last two weeks are going by so slow. I put in an order January 30th with an expected arrival date of late April. I called the dealership yesterday and they have no info. regarding where the vehicle actually is and I am waiting for them to call back after they have made some calls to track the vehicle down.

I have heard that some owners have waited up to 120 days for their vehicles is this true for G35's or only G37's?

How long have you guys waited for delivery?

 

0 days. I walked in the dealership near me and asked if they have the one I needed. Theysaid yes. So I told them to give me a good price and I take it.

Hey chris, i also ordered my G35 and was told to wait 3 months, but about 68 days later i suprisingly got a voicemail from my dealer "Hey man, i got your car here buddy, call me!" and within 5 minutes i was at the dealership signing my papers...

Wow 68 days that was quick. I think I am now over 68 days.

 

I ordered mines before they were released so it may have taken longer than normal - 3.5 months. I now what you mean about getting anxious towards the end. With about 2 weeks left, I almost gave in a got a similar one from the dealerships cars in stock, but I'm glad I waited. I was like "the boat takes HOW LONG???"

 

I ordered mine in November 04 and picked up March 7th 2005...long time, but worth every moment cause it was mine and mine alone when i picked it up. THere was just a satisfaction of knowing that car was mine and made for me by me...wow, time has flown by since that day...

 

I waited a little less than 2 months for the one I ordered.

 

I ordered mine in mid October and they told me to expect it in mid January. It came December 21st. Merry Christmas!

 

To get the car you SPECIFICALLY ordered, 90-120 days.

Any less than that means that another car was simply re-routed to your dealership so that you can take it home.

Thanks for all the responses. My dealer finally got back to me and said that the vehicle is currently at the port and will be at the dealership on April 25th.

and the dealer subsequently found an exact match on its way to CA, and was able to divert it to Chicago. I had it in 30 days.
