Personally, I love the sports seats. They hug me perfectly. But, I'm not a very large dude (5' 10" 140lbs). I'd bet that has a lot to do with it.
If I was your size I would've been fine. I'm 6'3" 230lbs.(no I'm not fat)

now will have a long weekend to get Sirius installed and do some owner's manual "homework"...oh and a new ride
If I were you I'd still give them a month or two to work in and see if you can adjust them to fit you comfortably. I think the thigh pads do break in over time. If you're going to trade with someone, they should be in just as good shape in a month.

I agree. Give it some time before you trade or buy some non-sport seats. Or at least consider doing the side plate modification to the sport seats. The non-sport seats aren't all that great. Sure, the thigh bolsters don't hurt on the non-sports, but you're giving up other very useful adjustments when you go with non-sports.

You may eventually find the sport seats tolerable also.

Yeah. I'm not a tall guy but I have the thigh support seat extender thing all the way out and when I get a loaner from the dealer, the regular seats feel like lawn chairs to me.

I'm 6'3" and 255 lbs. now. I posted one of the original threads on this issue and also struggled with the decision. I got the 2008 Sport in Jackson, MS, and I can tell you that the 4 hour trip home was not a comfy one. BUT, since then, I have adjusted, and the car has gotten broken in. Between the two, the seats are comfortable now. Further, if you're planning to autox or drive the track, the seats serve their intended purpose well. Verdict: keep 'em. You'll get used to them, and they'll get used to you.

When I first purchased the car my first 2000 miles killed my thighs. I'm 5'9" 165lbs but with bigger than normal thighs from playing a lot of tennis. Now I have about 3500 miles and it's seemingly getting better over time. Give it some time and play around with the settings but definitely give it that 'break-in' period with the sport seats.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I've had the car 4 days now but have yet to drive more than 20 minutes. I'm going to give the seats a few weeks but as of right now haven't changed my mind. The back rest bolsters are cool but I'm still not liking the lower thigh ones much. Thanks for the feedback!

give it some more time.
I had that problem with my sport.
adjust the level of the bottom part of the seat.
as in tilt the front down and that back part up. and vice-versa. that helped my *** fit in the seat a lot better.
