actually moonlit white is a brighter white....no bluish tint the flakes you'll see are a slight gold. I think more people will order black since the scratch shield paint protection is now on the G. its amazing how it works....now the downside is that u can't use the touch up paint on it but it really heals those swirl marks right off

Extreme heat will destroy the self-healing property of the paint. Besides, you buff to get rid of swirls, and the swirls will disappear on their own

On the one hand, the next version almost always has some new features that may make you wish you waited. On the other hand, once you buy, you have to consider whether it is worth it to take a bath on your existing car to upgrade earlier rather than later.
Features like MP3 and iPod support are features that have been added since I bought my 04 that I would like. Never felt it important enough to upgrade since I still like my car. Plus, even with it's poor gas mileage, it isn't too expensive since it is paid off.
Though it is beginning to show it's age. Wear on leather, dings I find when I wax it. Some day I'll get a nick in the windshield that will spread.
I feel personally that, if I don't keep the car for at least as many miles as i drove my previous car, I'm letting it down. If I could drive a Taurus for 88K miles before buying my G35, selling my G35 before then could indicate that I was less satisfied with it.
