Arrow Lease Deals-North East

I was just quoted $465/mo, $1,475 down, for a 36 mos 12k lease on the following:

2008
G35x
Premium
Nav
Performance Tires

Anyone have any other similar lease quotes in the Northeast? This is evidently based off of May prices - June could go up or down (or not change). Not sure if this is a good deal?

Thats a good deal, IMO. How much were you looking to pay. They may be room for the monthly payment to come off a bit but the $1475 is unlikely to go down any further.

I think there is more in the deal - monthly pmts probably should be about $20 lower, including taxes.

Sounds like a solid deal. I'm assuming that includes taxes?

What state and county in the north east? (for tax rate)

If that is the price with tax included, you should jump on it. Just make sure that it is before you sign any papers.

I signed the following deal 2 weeks ago in RI. Your lease is for 12k (this one is for 10k) so yours looks good. Although it is hard to tell without knowing the money factor and fees you are paying.

G35xS (AWD) with Prem/Navi/Sport/Splash Guard/Cargo Net

MSRP: $41,280
Invoice: $37,663
Price: $37,963 ($300 over invoice)
Length: 36 months
MF: 0.0015
Miles: 10,000/year
Residual: 62%
Monthly Payment $460.88

Upfront Fees:
595.00 bank fee
29.75 tax on bank fee
95.00 doc fee
100.00 license fee
460.88 1st Month payment
------------------
$1280.63 OTD

EDIT: I should add that I live in MA so I paid 5% tax and not RI tax.

SonofJay - sounds like you made a good deal on the lease. Mine was from a dealer in CT - didn't have Sport (just premium wheels). I'll keep negotiating.

I too put $3k down, traded in a 2000 Dodge Neon junker, and got the '08 G35x with Sport, Premium, and Nav packages for $339/mo, 10k mi/yr, 36 mo term.

Fieldsie,

Your deal is close. It helps when you know *exactly* what they are charging for fees as well as the money factor (interest rate). So if you get those then it will be easy to tell if you have good numbers or not.

Also, you should never put money down or put any money from a trade towards lowering your lease payment. If the vehicle is a total loss then you will not recoup any of that down payment as insurance will pay IFS and not you back your down payment.

If you have time you may want to check out these to threads over at edmunds.com for deals others have gotten.

EDIT: Also I updated my post above. I live in MA and paid 5% tax and not RI tax which is higher so you will need to factor that in to your comparisons.

I just picked up my G35xS w/ Nav, Premium, Splash & Cargo in Maryland for $480/mth. I'm doing 15,000/yr for 39 mths. The numbers I negotiated were a cap of $37,317 and a MF of .00172. Put $1500 down at signing for first month, tax, tags, & a cap reduction.

I would think doing 12k/yr, you could probably get the payment a bit lower then you're looking at.
