1. You can lock the keys in the car. Put them in the centre armrest box and the car locks you out.

2. I am sure everyone noticed this by now, But you cannot fit sunglasses in the overhead sunglass storage.

3. G drivers do not get leather color options as the EX,FX and M drivers do. they have some lovely colors like a burnt orange leather color option in the M, the EX gets a chestnut leather color option etc.

sam, I just went out to my car and disproved this - mine won't lock with the key fob anywhere in the car, including inside the center console or the trunk.

Oh, if you lock yourself in the trunk it isn't comfortable. But that handle glows so it isn't too bad to see when you're trying to get out.

Me too!
Can't lock the doors from the inside button...when you close the door the cars beeps and unlocks instantly. Same goes for pushing the lock button on the door handle.
Can't lock an I-key in the car. (unless the I-key battery is dead or perhaps very, very weak)

You can't pop up the trunk (to dispose of the body ) while the car is rolling.

Ohh, we didn't try that. I wonder if that manual release from the trunk works while it's moving. I just assumed that it would.

I'm sure that my friend's neighbors think we're psycho. We were all locking each other in our trunks. The E55 trunk is quite spacious I might add.

I think, like many cars today, you can roll up your windows even AFTER you turn off the car, all of my cars have done this....and yes, once the doors are open, the current is immediately shut-off.

edit: Just saw that this was addressed on post #13.

I just want to add that you can set the duration and even disable this feature if you prefer.

You can also set the light sensitivity for when the auto headlights turn on.

I didn't realize there was a DS mode until I had about 5k miles on the car. Always thought it was D, or maunual shift.

While playing CDs, if you have other CDs in the changer you can hold the track up or down buttons on the steering wheel and it will cycle to the next CD.
