wow. this just started happening to me today as well. i'm gonna try out your tips as well.
my preset will go to A3, then completely drop the "3" part. i tried presetting A3 again, but no luck.
i DID just get an LG Dare and sync'ed up the bluetooth with the car.... odd
kinda weird that this is all happening to all of us at the same time....

I've noticed this with different stations. I think it has something to do with the RDS signal broadcast from certain stations. It must knock out the unit's recognition of the station (frequency) and have it deselect the preset. If you hit the up/down toggle fast enough, you can get by the "stuck" station. Not sure if this is a big enough problem to warrant such an invasive "fix".
