I haven't looked closely at my 08,
but on my 04 it was easier to drop the hangers with the exhaust.
Then when it was down, give the hanger rubbers a squirt of oil & pop 'em off.

I'll be putting mine in on Sunday, and will definitely post some pics and a sound clip. I'm gonna install it without the HFC's first and then install the HFC's afterwards, so I should be able to get some sound clips with both combinations.
