Eh not me. From what i read, its slower in both 0-60 and 1/4 mile test. As well as more gears means more gear hunting and less of useable powerband within each gear. I'm content with my 08 haha

i wish i had the 09.. for the a/c seats my IS250 had them and i loved them.. the scratch curing paint... and the indash 6 cd rather than the in trunk...i'd take these over a slight edge on speed anyday. I don't hate on anything. it is what it is..However since i lease my 08 at the right time it cost me quite a bit less than the 09 would be to lease. the 09 gets better gas mileage its been said but, gas is nearly free now so its not that big of a deal.

It is not slower, check motor trends review. The G37 sedan did a 13.5 @ 105mph quarter mile, better than the 13.8-13.9 quarter miles that the g35 sedan has done in other magazines. It has almost 30 more horses and two extra gears that will make the gears shorter and optimize acceleration.

Well, still does not appeal to me because of the same look for more price and when you get into a lease now, by the end of the lease you will be driving an old looking car since Infiniti definitely will come up with the 3rd gen by that time. I am very happy with my 08.

i'm willing to make a wager that once the 09 sedan is broken in that it will be quicker.

A 2009 g37 sedan would defintely be a performance upgrade to my 07, but at least I've been enjoying the car for 2 years now. Not to mention, more looks from ppl during the first production year than compared to 2 years later in 2009. =) Also, in 2 or 3 years from now, most 2007 cars leases will be up (or paid off), and then it's probably a brand new car and style for them whereas the 09 ppl will be still be driving the "old" style.

As you can see, I'm doing my best to make myself feel better..hahaha

The most significant change is the 7 speed slush box....
But since I drive with 3 pedals..... meh, not much has changed for me
