sorry, but this speaks volumes about the seller.
and it's not good.

the offset is printed right on every rim.

if for some reason the Ray's sticker has fallen off, it's stamped
into the rim itself on the backside.

and who has volks that doesn't know their offset?

sounds a bit weird to me.

price completely depends on condition, availability, size, location, etc.

I just bought a set of LE37t's that are 18's in semi-mint condition,
I paid $1700 plus shipping for the set.
but they're discontinued and cannot be bought any more.

so probably no more than $1500 for the set.

You also need to check the bolt pattern in addition to the offset. Bolt pattern should be 5x114.3. THe seller should be able to check both for you as they are usually stamped on the rim. It should show something like 5x114.3 with an offset of +25 to +45 would all fit on an 18x8" rim.

Here's a picture of my old Work rims showing the label w/ the offset and bolt pattern. Note, this for an Acura TSX, this fitment won't look good at all on a G35:

If you're going with 18x8... I'd suggest you go with something like +25 offsets...
