There are no replicas that I'm aware of.
& I really don't see a market for it when it's available at a dealer.

Does that price include painted or non-painted? Also, this bumper should fit an 08' G35x as long as it doesn't have "intelligent cruise control"...right? I read somewhere on here if you have that, then the sensors are causing it to not mount correctly ?

That would be bumper skin not painted.
Not absolutely sure about X with tech, but what you say makes sense.
I'm sure someone will confirm/deny.

If you have the tech package, you can not switch the regular bumper to the sport bumper. I got my sport bumper for $300 unpainted. Painted, clear coated, and installed was another $400.
