My G is no more. I lost control and hit a curb really hard and managed to damage the body and crack the engine. Normally it would be that bad, but the car was lowered on rims. Luckily the car didn't flip over and nobody was injured. Insurance says it's totaled - over 22k to fix, so I'm waiting for a check from the insurance so I can get a new G.

I've thought about it a lot over the last few days whether or not to get the 08 or upgrade to an 09 and I've decided to get the 08. I can't wait 2-3 months for a new car and I can't justify paying another 4-5k.

So, can anyone that works at a dealership like Mike@riverside or Damayor tell me any dealerships have an 08 IP 6MT with Prem, Nav and Tech (the tech is not so important)? I would want it shipped to the SF Bay Area.

Also, I have a pair of stock sport rims of anyone wants them for cheap. They are both fronts and the tires are still meaty.

I'm anxious to get back in a G - I miss her so....

Don, I'm tempted to, but there are several other reasons. My friend has the same car in the same color with a body kit. When his lease runs out, he's going to switch bumpers with me so I will have the kit and his will be back to stock. If I wait for the 09, the white is no longer the same, so I would need to paint the bumper and kit that I'm getting from his car and paint the stock bumper to put on his to return.

they only pics i had were from the night it happened and i didn't get too many of those. i forgot to bring a camera when i visited the car in the body shop.
