Well, sort of...you wonder if they actually drove the thing or if they are just regurgitating an Infiniti press release. Either way, they seem to like it. Check it out here:

The G37 gets a big bump in power and torque over the old 3.5-liter model
Yeah, that 1 ft-lb is a "big bump". About as big as an anorexic's backside.

It always nice to read a positive review of the car you have on order but what ever happened to journalistic credibility?
