Last time I talked to Jason, the guy I set this GB up with, he said that they would be back in stok in March, so hopefully they are avaiable again. Did you happen to try and e-mail him first to see if it is indeed in-stock? He's usually pretty quick to respond, so you should get an answer the same day.

I haven't had much time to work on this yet, but I have started to fabricate them out of sheet metal. I plan to weld this to the current head shields, to create a complete "cold air box" for each filter. I will then probably have them powder coated to match my strut bar end brackets and then maybe see if someone can use them as a mold to make me some CF ones.

Curious if anyone has compared this against the Stillen Gen 3 or Injen long tube models? Any difference?

WooHoo... Can't wait!! Is it the new Status Elite Limited Edition intake? I was thinking of buyinfgthat thing, but it's hard to justify $800 for just an intake.

Ha, you got it. I thought the same thing you did. I waited until i saw the dyno chart, and then made my decision. I was thinking that maybe it only created power mainly top end like the gen 3, but was happy to see it has good gains all the way through. I also dig the way it looks in the engine bay. When i called Lou at Amplified to order, he told me he's having SE save him a set for his G37 b/c he was so impressed! After the money im spending for this intake, you know i wont be trying out another for quite some time!
