Fugitsubo Exhaust testing suspended

Just heard from my guy there are suspended testing for the legalis R for the US. just thought I'd share....

^basically that exhaust is not legal for this country.

didn't give me a reason, just that they are not doing the testing on my car because they are suspending it. That if they feel they want to do it at a later date they will call me. I find it weird because you can special order a Y-pipe for our car, but they don't have a exhaust to go with it? weird!

lol @ legality... catbacks do not have any significant effect on emissions, and fuji exhausts are all jasma-spec anyway, so they meet even cali's ridiculous db regulations. they just don't want to offer it here and worry about stale stock due to poor consumer confidence.
