Looks as though they've extended the "Winter Event". Infiniti.com has same "deals" as before and "contact dealer for 2009 deals" as they have had for several weeks now.

Do you mean incentives are the same for 08 G35 AND the 09 G37 or are you merely saying the incentives for the 08 G35s didn't change after Dec. 1st?

They didn't change.

As Kenny and I have been saying, our internal paperwork has always shown that they'll be the same through the end of the year

Which Houston Dealership were you checking? We have have 4: North, West, Southwest and Clear Lake.

I believe I was checking the Southwest dealer in Houston. You have a lot of G35's in your city!

...and if you happen to live near a dealer that is high up on the overstock hall of shame, their inventory will last through the end of this year as well.

Prices can only go downwards when you're trying to sell a 2008 model in 2009 when they haven't discontinued but improved the vehicle.

Ok anyone hear anything about 09 G37 Sedan availability yet? I see in ATL the ionventory of 08's is dropping finally, all the loaded cars are going, they still have less equipped cars. I have the itch for a G37

A simple inventory search of Nalley in Marietta reveals that they have 9 G37 Sedans in stock, which is a huge amount of those cars. I'm surprised that you missed it.

They have a nice variety of colors and options available, including two with the sport option. This would be a very good week to pick one of those babies up!

Yup, see that now, I guess they moved most of their 08 inventory so Infiniti must have released 09's for them as they only have 14 08's left. Can't wait for the inventory to pick up and then maybe some decent deals will be available.

I'm not in the car dealing business, but it is common knowledge that one of the best times to buy a car is the last week of the year. And with the year that these guys have had, I would say that is especially true in 2008, so you might not get a better deal when the inventory picks up, or should I say IF it picks up.

+1.

But it is also common knowledge that you will get a better deal on a 2008 car in the last week of January 2009.
