Brakes

I have an 07 fully loaded G35 sedan sport.. I want to know when they started putting the new INFINITI brakes on the cars. Mine is just plain silver, I want the one that say's INFINITI on it. I just saw this on the new G37's but ive also just recently seen it on a sedan on this site.. how can I get them for my car? How much would it cost to replace? any info would be helpful. I hope you know what I am talking about. Thanks!

G37 brakes will fit on our sedans.
They are now on the 2009 G37S sedans

Would these brakes fit under the 2007 18" sedan sport rims?

I asked Rick this question the other day, and he said you may need a large one (he was thinking a 20mm) to fit.

damn the wheels are going to stick out far then, i guess with a drop i'll look okay, but that means it's doable with the stock 18inch wheel.

It won't stick out far at all.
If you get a drop, you might even need a 25mm spacer.

Hmm interesting, I might go this route then, because I'm not planning on getting new rims yet, if i can get the bbk to fit on stock rims with spacers it would be nice.

I never take the spare with me. Too much weight.

i bet the 60-0mph with the akebono's are pretty good...i was doing some research on suspension and brakes...with the JIC magic coilovers and some reinforcement bracing, the 350z was able to pull 1.02 lateral g's...and with the help of 14" stoptech brakes 4 piston front and back, the Z was able to stop from 60-0 in only 99ft...wow

Somewhere I read the comerassion and it was only 2 feet between the akebono and the s brake. But when you only missing the 2 feet well...Also the akebono is sexier. Probably can take a lot more too.
