Pfft... I my F22C should be on there since it makes more hp/liter than ANY engine on that list, even the FI ones, while still being NA and still manages to get 30mpg on the fwy cruising at 80....

maybe its because of the oil consumption problems.. that would worry me

I'm not surprised... a great motor should not have so many oil consumption issues. I think that would have set Nissan back at least a few years for letting such a design flaw go into production.
