nah was'nt me Terry, When Glenn Recently Sold his G, he took off the JDM tails, and was selling them, not sure who picked it up. but it was up for sale. Some lucky guy got a good deal on those who ever bought it!

How much are these things from overseas or Japan parts? (just to compare from what i paid to Hikos)

I like them a lot. There is more of a difference than just the amber signals. The entire red housing is more of a pinkish color than a deep red so it's not only the amber that sets me apart from the other Gs I see around - I do wonder sometime if any of them even notice when I signal in front of them or if they're just for my pleasure

 

Yea unfortunately he did Terry! My Buddy switched to a Truck for his own reasons. But we still good friend's! So No more "HIKOS"! but we still got pic's of his Hot G, just to remind us of how BADD Azz his G was! He was selling the rims, but not sure if he found a buyer locally, or shipped it?

 

over seas is about $600... just got a quote from a dealer in the middle east. Will have to wait to trade, I cant justify spending 600 for just rear signals at this point. Still want to trade thought!!! :-) Rims, I need to buy rims!?!

Wow ... so do US spec tail lights cost even more over there?

 

i don't really know. im pretty sure we only have the JDM version here.

 

I am going to Tokyo in July for 3 weeks, one of my plans is to get some V36 Skyline 350GT sedan tail lights while I am there. I'll probably end up shipping them from there since I don't want to risk damaging them in a suitcase.

I'll have a friend go to a dealer before I get there and order the part, just in case they don't regularly stock them.

 

check out the hawaii forum, there are some pics of my g along with 808mikes and hikosg with the jdm tails. the pics are in some of the cruises we have done. the tail lights dont really stand out until the blinkers are on. We all got ours from japan, hikos g had a hook up, but now he doesnt have his g anymore
