U.S. vs Canadian 2008 G-35 functionality question.

So, here I am reading more about my new 2008 G-35 and realise that my G wasn't outfitted with the same Voice Recognition commands as the Canadian G...for example, the Canadian G has MANY MORE Climate control Voice command options than my U.S. version, I can only state "Climate control" for ON, and "Climate control off" for OFF, the Canadians can command for specific temperature control along with many other options...WHY DID INFINITI CREATE SUCH DISPARITIES B/T THE CANADIAN G AND THE U.S. G?...WE'RE ALL IN NORTH AMERICAN THE LAST TIME I CHECKED!!!!!! I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED AS I READ THE MANUAL!!!! WILL SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME PLEASE!

Check your nav version. 06-07 does have the expanded commands, and some early 08 models did come with the 06-07 nav version.

Blame the lawyers for that and the restrictions on using your nav while the car is moving.
