I just got an '07 G35x that is seemingly loaded (Nav, Intelligent Cruise Control, Premium package, etc.).

If the car had an iPod interface, where would the hookup be? I don't see anything about it in the owner's manual.

 

I don't use mine but I am pretty sure it is in the center console storage, on the wall closest to the dash. I think the 08 and 07 should be almost identical? Wait minute...wasn't the Ipod interface one of the few 08 modifications? Wait until someone a 07 replies.

 

Thanks for the reply. I should have clarified. I know that the Aux RCA jacks are there in the center console, but I was wondering if there is a dedicated iPod interface, one that would allow control of the iPod via the stereo and/or steering wheel controls.

 

The iPod interface was not made available until 08.
We have the jacks in the console, but we cannot control the iPod from the steering wheel or navi screen.

 

Sad but true...

 

Bummer. I will check out an aftermarket interface.
