Anyone buy the maintenance packages?

so it comes with the tire and wheel protection thing and i got a nail in my tire today. its not in the sidewall but its close so don't know if its repairable. my question is, do i need to bring it to infiniti to get it fixed? or can i just go to any tire shop and get it patched/replaced and just contact infiniti afterwards to get reimbursed.

tried callin the customer support but they're closed for the day, even though the manual did say 24 HOUR SUPPORT

I am pretty sure you would have to contact Infiniti directly since you purchased your protection coverage through them.

Wish I could help ya. I bought the maintenance program, but I canceled the tire and wheel part and got the money back when I got the new wheels and tires.

I bought the wheel/tire protection package and am actually having a wheel replaced today.

You have to go to the dealer and have them get an authorization, they have to install, and they keep the old rim/tire.

They will only replace if it's not repairable. But I always insist on a new one...so if you're unsure expecially on the tire...just say it will not hold pressure.
