Haha... Here and I always think I'm lazy for doing it myself because I don't feel like taking the time or effort to drive somewhere an wait for someone else to do the work... It actually seems much easier to me to just do it myself. LOL

It's a good point, the fact that these tails are easy to pull out.

I wonder if applying overlays would be easier off the car rather than on.

I think it just depends on how **** you are about wrapping around the edges. You can do a pretty decent job with them on the car. And, honestly, the way the seal runs around the edge of most of the tail-light, there's not much of a point in taking them off... unless you just want easier access to the light so you can set it on a table or something, but in that case, it's gonna be a pain to keep it in one place while you apply the overlay.
