Black roof on Platinum Graphite G

Hey Guys, So I was driving around today and saw a dark gray Mercedes with a black roof. The black roof made the car look so sick. This got me thinking. I currently drive a Platinum Graphite X sedan and don’t know if it would good or not. I’m trying to keep the car as tasteful as possible. Has anyone with my G done this? If so, could you post some pics? I searched the forums and only found pics of coupes and White sedans (which looks sick). Thanks,

Thats not a Platinum Graphite but it does look pretty sweet. Looks a lot cleaner then I would assume. Quite sporty looking, I like it a lot.

Yeah, not the color I was looking for, but that car looks great. I appreciate the effort. If anyone has pics of a Platinum Graphite please post them up. Thanks,

No worries I have one and got it confused with the Liquid Platinum for a while. If someone does have some pics of the Platinum Graphite I would love to see it as well.

I know the difference... I was just in a hurry to be the first guy to post the requested info.
I failed. LOL

PG was my second color choice, but decided to wait for the SB to be built and shipped to me.
Finding a SB with the tech pack and wood trim was a real b!tch back in 07.

+1 on seeing this but I don't think any PG guys have done this; at least not that I've seen.

What you saw was a Pano roof on that MB. The thing is all glass and only the front opens/tilts. I agree that it looks awesome. BTW the sun shield is electric and opens front and rear, very slick. I know I have one on my E-350.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting a roof vinyl to test the waters with the wife. She thinks it might declass the car.
