Now you can justify new rims, and then if she says you haven't brought her stuff, just say you messed up my rims, and i needed the cash to fix it lol.

i'm sorry but those cannot be repaired. you must buy a new set of aftermarket wheels.

my buddy's GF backed his Lexus into a pole .. destroyed the rear end... then two weeks after he got it back from the bodyshop .. destroyed the Left side of the car on some construction barricades ..

I think you're doing OK....

LOL

I actually like my stock rims, so, I might try sanding it to smooth it off.

Now I understand why my dad never let my mom drive even if he had a broken leg.
I thought he was just toooooo gentle. Lesson learned.

If that happens to me, I'll probably get a new GF than a new bumper.

LOL ^^

rim damage doesn't really look that bad. At least it's only visual and doesn't affect performance/safety.

WHAT THE #### is it with chicks and curbs?!?!?!?!

My wife has never driven and will never (and I mean never) drive my G for this very reason.

I put beautiful new wheels and tires on my Tacoma years ago and then had to pick my wife (then girlfriend) up at the airport. Her flight ended up being hours late and I was in a coma when she finally arrived into Boston. She saw how tired I was and offered to drive us home. She gets 2-3 miles down the road and curbs my front drivers tire on a toll booth curb.
That woke me up and I drove us the rest of the way home.
She has also curbed the wheels on every car she has ever owned, included the new MDX.

She ain't touchin' my car.
Sorry bout the damage, but thanks for the soapbox and opportunity to rant.
