removing the maintenance alerts?

My boss was talking to me about his wifes G35 sedan... Journey edition. He was curious if i could find out how to turn off all of the stupid alerts for when the tires should be rotated, and when the engine should be serviced "soon"

could anyone help me find an answer for him? Thanks

ya on the instrument panel, on the speedo cluster on the right side are two buttons, keep pressing the top one until you get to the maintenance menu then press the lower button to enter then go to each alert you wanna turn off and keep increasing the interval time until you see "--" which means the alearts have been turned off.

All this occurs on the speedo meter center lcd and nothing to do with the nav screen.

keep in mind you can only adjust these with the engine running and the car in park. These wont be allowed if in drive, or with ignition even in the "on" position, engine gotta run. I would bet its in the manual, tell your boss he needs to read it...... lol
