Verizon Blackberry Tour

Does anyone know if the new Blackberry 9630 Tour for Verizon Wireless will sync up with an '07 G35 Sedan (with nav)?

Just ordered the Tour...I'll have the phone on Thursday and will let you know if no one does before then.

I had every intention of buying one/ordering one today, but not being able to sync up would be kind of a big issue.

just stopped by Verizon on the way home from work today. The guy took one out of the box and brought it to my car. Sync'd up fine and made a call just as well.

Looks like I have a new purchase coming.

Well, since I bought it (last week), it's never had as good reception as my old phone, but now it's not even syching correctly. This happened just the other day. Now, I can dial from the car and it's supposedly connected, but nothing will happen. When an incoming call hits my phone, it starts ringing on the car, but I can't pick up.

Any ideas on what could be going on other than "reboot"?

I've had problems as well with connecting. My issues usually happen if I turn the cell phone's bluetooth on after the car is already started. If the bluetooth is on prior to starting the car, it usually works fine. The only fix for me is to shut both down and turn the phone back on first with bluetooth active.

Sorry if this is a repost - technical difficulties this morning....

Had the same issues last Friday. Apparently BB pushes updates to our devices and the most recent affected bluetooth. The fix I found is as follows:

-Remove phone pairing on Tour and G37.
-Full hard reboot on the Tour (power down, remove battery for a few moments).
-Reinstall battery and power up Tour. Enable Bluetooth.
-Re-pair phone with G37.

I have since had no trouble with Bluetooth since.

Hope it helps.

I got it connecting again, by turning off TTY, taking off echo, etc..., but it's still not great reception.

I'll try the reboot idea.
