Hey everyone,
Long time G35/G37 troll/fan-boy here. I've been scouring these boards (and others) for some time now, and FINALLY life is pointing in the direction of me landing my first G.
I'm a major car geek, current '01 Bullitt owner (go imboc.com!) and overall enthusiast of all things with four wheels. As age creeps up on me though, I'm longing for refinement and quiet in a daily driver that my pony will never have. And frankly, Ze'Germans just don't do it for me (maintenance costs, douchebaggery, what-have-you).
After test driving the '07 Sedan in um...'07, I finally test drove the 37 today and I was left salivating (new trans, a few more revs, etc. etc.). Hopefully as things progress through the rest of '09, I'll be able to join a new fraternity (including any female G drivers on these boards) and I look forward to sharing my passion for cars with all of you. And I'm OFFICIALLY lobbying for the cooled seats trickling down from the M and G convertible to appease us AZ drivers!
Until then,
a few more burnouts in the Bullitt, as well as looking forward to many future discussions on the G. -Jason-

Hey, welcome and good luck with the purchase. Nothing wrong with an '01 Bullitt, ought to hang on to it as well.
Its official. I'm the owner of a 2007 G35 Journey, Sparkling Graphite! What a ride. Feels like the difference between flying in a Gulfstream V versus a Cessna! Can't wait to do my due diligence through these threads and get into all the ins-and-outs of this car.

What's wrong with the Cessna? It's right behind the Gulfstream V. LOL
Just kidding. Congrats on your new ride.
