Has any PG vinyl wrapped chrome spoiler to match??

I'm thinkin about wrapping the chrome to match the body color, but I'm not sure how it'll look. Since I'm so used to seeing it chrome I think it may look weird

Just trying to see if anyone has wrapped their chrome spoiler to match, not just to CF or black. But a color match

anyone?

Did a quick PS on it, i don't think it does much. The chrome helps define the rear-end, much like an accent mark. If you went darker, it would achieve the same effect. But color-matching just loses it completely.

i agree with Soundmike that the lip accents the rear end and makes it look great....from what i have seen pics of people matching the lip with the stock paint color it does not look good imo

Yeah I agree with both of you. I think it'll look weird without that accent since we're so used to it, I was just interested in seeing if anyone had done it.

WHAT?? is that the euro-spec G or what? Where did you find that?

I'm gonna say because it'd be so much work/cost to mold that all into one piece -and it doesn't look very good.

wow that's a damn good chop

I still stand behind if it's a euro-spec G? It's got the side-markers, JDM/EURO/MIDDLE EAST tails, and parking sensors - but the plates look European. I thought maybe they took out the chome "bling-bling" for the Europeans

Not Euro, for sure. They have the same chrome treatment as us.

how come US spec cars never get side markers?

it's hard to see when people signal sometimes

I honestly like the chrome strip, I agree that it accents the trunk/rear.
If I were to do something to it, I would definitely paint it black since my car is IP.

They aren't required in the US like they are overseas. Same reason the USDM-spec taillights are all red - overseas requires amber signals (US is considering this though).

I agree though with our car, our blinkers are on the inside of the housing in front lights and enclosed in the rear so our blinkers are hard to see from the side - although reflectors inside the housings help
