broken bolt in engine....
so after I finished installing the Takedas, I put on the OEM engine cover and tightened all the corners then the center. Couple turn of the wrench and I feel no more resistance...the bolt snapped off at the head. WTF! Is this something I can remove myself, or do I need to take it somewhere? ive taken out stripped bolts before on my hockey skates and have a dremel.
not nearly as bad as what I did today.
installing my new rear sway bar, when I was bolting the exhaust back up my torque-wrench f*cked me and did the same thing on the two exhaust hanger bolts just before the pipe from the muffler. Ripped the bolt/nut right out..... those things are welded on the other side so I'm kind of screwed. Infiniti is gonna check it out tomorrow, hopefully drill it out and just find a way to put a new bolt in

I really have to pick up one of those things just in case. I'm sure it will happen soon enough to me with my luck.
the grab it should work .. or you going to need a professional left handed drill bits and extractor set

Also you can get a drill and a left handed tap. I had some ****ty bolts in the shop aI cold not take out with anything else but drill a hole and left handed tap. We have all kind of taps and drills in my shop handy. After all that's what we do for living. LOL Worked like a charm.
Most of the time if the bolt isn't tight you can unsrew it with a little puncher.
If it is a thru hole I just usually use a smaller drill and drill it from the other side. It unscrew itself when you drill it. But that's not the case with you.
Can't you grabb the screw with wise gripps? Is it sticking out or not?

I used a "grab-it" a few weeks ago and the tip of the grab-it bit broke off in my bolt I was trying to get out. I tell you, try getting out a tip of a tool steel bit embedded in a bolt head. Impossible.beathorse

yikes...
so none of the infiniti dealers have that bolt in stock apparently (or what they tell me), they say it will take a couple days to get and will be $1.20!
really?
