I have an 08 and I asked about chips and scratches on the door panel last Sat. when I went to a dealer to get oil changed. The service manager told me that he will check to see if he can replace it under warranty but when he came back he told me that since I have a high mileage(43500 miles), he can't replaced it under warranty. I mentioned that I think the warraty is upto 50000 miles and he sugested me to contact Infinity consummer affair to see if they can help me. Is anybody in Houston get it replaced under warranty? The dealer I went was West Houston Infiniti on I-10.

Does anyone have part numbers for the tougher/newer material they used in 08?
My dealer (Dreyer & Reinbold) refused to replace the door pulls or steering wheel trim. They claimed a previous attempt had been made to touch it up and therefore they couldn't cover it under warranty. I only bought the car last week so I can't confirm or deny.
If I replace these parts on my own I want to make sure I'm not using the same old parts that flake off. Part numbers anyone?
FYI, I have an 07 AT Sedan
