Infiniti of Norwood, MA. easy to deal with. will return to them in the future, so i guess replacing these items was a good investment on their part.
why exactly were the brakes resurfaced under warranty? were you having issues already?

the new part numbers for door inserts for 2010 are: drivers door 80960-JU41B (B for black, C for grey, A for beige etc.) passenger door 80961-JU41B. they are made of hard plastic and would not scratch. enjoy

If youre getting a new steering wheel it will look gray/blue compared to the rest of your interior, the oils in your hands will soak into the leather and it will eventually match again. It just takes some time. The dealer put my steering wheel on crooked (as in it was turned a few degrees when I was driving straight), it was pretty annoyinh, went back and they moved it over one notch. It's still crooked but not nearly as bad.

I'm sorry for bringing this thread from the dead.. but I had a question if anyone is still around...

In looking at the door insert part the updated part number 80960-Ju41 is double the price of old part number 80961-JK60

Does anyone know what the difference is? I'm looking to replace mine with the hard plastic and just want to make sure I don't over pay and get the correct part.
