G35X 2008 stock front bumper

Hi,

I own a 2008 G35X black with stock front bumper, the smiling mouth.
and I am hoping to replace it with "S" model's bumper, a bit angry face..
(I really wish there's a better way to describe it)

Is there a place to buy this part and if so, for how much?
All parts I could find are some random spoilers that do not make my stock bumper look any better.

Living in San Diego now.

Any help would be appreciated!

The swap only works on models without the tech pack, since the ICC sensors are located in different spots.

^1+ on that. If you have the ICC than you'll have to relocate it. It is a huge PITA.

Yeah, and aprox $1200- for the ICC sensor that fits into the sport location.
I had a shop order the bumper, prep and paint it and when they went to put it on... it was a no-go.
Sucked.

ICc = intelligent cruise control. You're talking about the park sensors

so if I have the rear camera in the car...

that means I have Tech Package, and that ultimately means that I have ICC...

SH.T.

........... I wonder what I need to do to use ICC and that adaptive light sensors..
cuz I never bothered to use them until I moved from Pittsburgh to San Diego.

In 2008, the Backup Monitor was part of the Navi package and not the Tech package.
In 08, the Tech pack included ICC (no, not the little circles in the bumper), Adaptive Headlights and Adaptive Seatbelts.

The ICC (Intelligent Cruise Control) uses a radar sensor on the front of the vehicle to determine the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you, keeps a set distance while Cruise is on and will slow the car down if something gets in front of you.
The sensor is located in the lower corner of the front bumper on the driver's side of the vehicle. It's slightly more toward center on the sport models, so the cutout in the bumper is in a different location.
The sensor can be seen in the pic below...

ah, thanks for the clarification.

yes i agree that i don't have much knowledge about cars... I am still learning.

I do understand what that ICC is and
for some reason, I thought that ICC uses that park sensors somehow to measure the distance of the front car.... I guess not, they have different sensors.

either way, I do not have such sensor and no wonder I did not have reason to try ICC/Adaptive Headlight and stuff since they were not with my car in the first place.

I was little bit confused because I read a post about 2008 g35x Navi no longer includes Rear camera... I *** when I was reading it..

Anyhow, if you know the price of the part you ordered before (including paint job), can you let me know?
