New owner/member here!
Hello to all! Sorry if creating a new thread is frowned upon, but I didn't want to hijack another member's intro.
Just purchased an '07 G35X in Liquid Platinum yesterday. Got an excellent deal on it, 47k miles with the premium package. I came from an '03 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, which was my baby for 7 years. She was totaled a week before Christmas when someone decided to make a left turn across oncoming traffic without looking. So, after a week of driving a Kia rental, my excitement for cars came back when I pulled out of the dealer lot test driving my new G. I'm really excited to dive back into the car world and I look forward to learning a lot from all of you. I was always a Nissan guy before the Evo, owning a Pulsar, 200sx SE-R, a 240sx, and an older Altima. Wife drives a Pathfinder, in-laws have a Versa and an Altima, and my parents own a G35 coupe and an Altima.
So, excuse me, but I must get back to the FAQ's!

welcome to the forum, anybody whose parents own a G35 coupe getsa 
from me. Sorry to hear about the evo, hope noone got hurt. I came from an STi here, and I dont miss it too much, hope the G works well for you too....

Welcome, Dan...always pleased to have another X driver around. I'm sure you'll enjoy the new ride and 'Driver thoroughly. Would recommend you start putting money away for mods as soon as you start reading around here - it won't be long before someone tells you "you need a drop!"
