replaced battery, but no "auto" on windows

help!!! i replaced my stock battery with a optima yellowtop battery. after doing so, i noticed that the "auto" function on my automatic windows do not work anymore. any suggestions??? past experience???

Roll down the window half way, then fully press the button down and hold for 5 seconds. Then roll it up half way again, then fully press the button up for 5 seconds.

Do the same for all 4 windows. That's it.
