Ok guys, I'm getting the Akebono Calipers sometime soon, and I don't like the silver finish on the calipers, it doesn't stand out as much as I'd like.

Now I've seen these calipers painted in Blue, Yellow and IP so far and any look better than the oem silver, but what would look best on an IP? Pic below for reference

I've seen one IP with yellow Akebono's and they looked really nice, but I dunno I feel it's hard to pull of yellow. What would you guys pick to go with my car and rims?

 

i voted red. and if you put an akebono decal, you can do that in IP or white. how about blue??

 

I like IP, matches the black and white look.

 

Red would draw too much attention. White would add a little attention to detail while not being too "loud." Maybe red akebono decals on the calipers if you want a little break in the color there.

 

If the wheels were not black I'd say gold. Now usually not fan of gold but man the IP and gold looks good.

maybe somebody with time and PS skill can do it for ya all the colors you would like to se.

i would have gone with blue with IP but as you didnt have that as an option i vote Red

 

humm yeah I should have added blue as an option. Oh well.

I'm still in two minds, I'm thinking Yellow or IP. I gotta see how the IP looks behind the rims, I think Adrian is going to have pics up soon so I'll see once he has them posted, thanks for the feedback

Blue would look sick, or Yellow, i love those color, they shine behind the black rims, but if you want yellow you should get low dust pads and keep them clean, i'll paint my clipers in Blue.
