Definitely fake. The "buyer" doesnt even for once mention the name of the specific item, the spoiler. Probably a generic message that is sent out to thousands of ads

 

The buyer doesn't even speak english...well, not very well. And as we all know, foreigners are all about fraud....

Okay, that last part's not necessarily true, but fraud or not (probably yes), not really worth wasting your time with this guy. There's going to be an issue at some point.

haha that the BIGGEST fraud on the creiglist ever! Those are sooo old! I get them all the time! What a LOW LIFES!

I once started to play the guy who was trying to fool me, I almost got him at the end lol. Then he realized i was too smart for him, and then he started offering me if I want to take part with what he does and help him out in the fraud department lol. I told dude to get a life and to stop stealing people's money... at the end they all get busted no matter how much $$$$ they steal. But I almost got one though.

 

like many said, i can guarantee you its 100% fraud, iv dealt with something very similar on craigslist myself.
