Within the last 2-2.1/2 months I've experience the brake light pop on after achieving rpm's around 5-6K and up. It goes off after about 1-2 seconds. I've had my tune for almost a year.

Everything else seems to be fine, so I dont really feel like I should be worried. Does this happen to anyone?

Check your brake ads. Most likely they started to get low and the brake fluid gets low. top up the brake fluid and get ready for new pads if they are worn.

yes, this can happen during breaking or acceleration. brake fluid is low and moves away from the sensor in the can.

sounds like brake fluid issue to me...level is probably low and at higher RPM the sensor is not detecting it

just came back from the dealer for my 42000km maintenance and they told me that my front brakes were down to 20%.
So I asked them about the brake light symbol flashing on for a few seconds at hight RPM and he the same thing that RemmyZero and a few other on here have said.
So I got them to change the brakes and WOW what a difference now. The brakes are more sensitive now.

You use the dealership for maintenance?
Glad you got the problem sorted out though.

Yeah I know....but once my warranty is over...they will never see me again.
I can't complain...they have been really good to me.
