yeah really wasnt too bad. just taking out the shifter, cup holders, and then drilling two holes. there is basically only one location to drill into the side panel for the wires going to he mount without hitting anything. its a little off center from where i put my mount but it basically is fully covered

Great work!
A tip when using the aux in jacks for those intrested ... if you remove the cup holder panel, there are 2 screws holding the RCA block to the arm rest compartment. Take those off and you can make the connection inside without having to drill holes through the arm rest compartment:

That is not the Borla system for the 2nd gen G35/37 sedan. It looks like this:
That said, the fitment sucked on mine resulting in a lot of frustration, tweaking and readjustment to get things right. I do not recommend the Borla based on my experience. I think if I were in the market, I'd stick with Stillen, FI, or ARK.

you need to make three purchases:
1. Visit proclipusa.com and buy the correct mount and holder you would like.
I chose the adjustable mount with the pass through so that I can leave my cord plugged into the mount and just have to slide the phone in and out of the holder without having to deal with a cable.
2.
there are cheaper off brand options but i havent tried them
3. an iphone car charger that has a removable cable and connects with USB
i chose because it is super low profile and there isnt much room in the console
once you have your items it is really simple. just put the mount where you want it and plug everything into the console. there is a little cutout on the console arm to run the wire out and plug it into the mount.
I got tired of the long composite cable taking up my entire console and the cord coming out of the box bothered me. so i took out the shifter and cup holders, drilled two holes, and hid the cords.
hope this helps! its really easy.
