Not even close, I just hit 123,456 miles. Original owner, just over 14 years now.

Facts.

I bought mine a year ago with 150,000 miles on it. Just need to do the water pump because it just went out.

not a terrible job, honestly. i did it when mine took a dump around 245k. worst part is taking the cover off (just tedious), but if you're even moderately mechanically inclined, it shouldn't be bad. grab a buddy and some beers and go to town on it.

That’s the thing, I’ve worked on all my cars, Camaros civics but the whole timing chain tdc thing has got me very scared for some reason. But I think I’ll be alright QUOTE=99zx2turd;7226043]not a terrible job, honestly. i did it when mine took a dump around 245k. worst part is taking the cover off (just tedious), but if you're even moderately mechanically inclined, it shouldn't be bad. grab a buddy and some beers and go to town on it.[/QUOTE]

nah, you should be good. timing won't skip and you can always set it correctly if something is off. here's my thread to give you an idea of what all is involved: Water pump decisions with 245k on the clock - G35Driver - Infiniti G35 & G37 Forum Discussion

Good lookin out bro, I’ll give it a shot and post the outcome. If anyone near El Paso is willing to help I’ll pay you and supply the beer. I may have all the required tools.
