I had the exact same dent on my bumper.... u can push it out from underneath without lifting the car up. Losen some bolts holding the underbody in place, get ur hands in there and use a heat gun in it. Be very careful, my damned paint chipped during the process and needed to get repainted. Being that ur car is black, even if it chips a little it will be harder to spot than what happened on mine. Do it asap, before the bumper cover retains the shape.

I would not remove the bumper. That is a pain. As stated above, try to pop it out from underneath. Try heating it up before you pop it and there is less chance paint will flake off. As long as you get the basic shape back, I wouldn't worry about crease marks--I don't think anyone will notice. Post up some pics after you fix it!

Mt daughter hit a cat. Roughly the same place. It also cracked the wiper fluid box, which in right behind the right front bumper. The wheel well liner was also gone. In addition to the dent, which looked just like the OP's, the plastic had a tear in it and the paint was crazed and cracked.
No way to fix it properly myself. The total bill (at a very high quality and respectable body shop) was $950. This included a brand new Infiniti bumper and replacement parts (the wiper fluid pump was also destroyed). Did not include blending. He let me look at it before blending and it was close enough.
Bottom line, inspect well, especially behind the bumper.
