Car is donezo...off on a tow truck to the dealers...
I just don't trust dealers bout my infiniti about a month ago dealer said he changed the oil all the brakes where good but I took it upon myself to change the oil and get the car checked out
When I was changing the oil the oil in the car was actually good but it wasn't synthetic so I put in mobile one fully synthecic

Theres no way Infiniti would give me a new car. What i am expecting them to say is it was abused by previous owner and we won't cover it...i will fight that until i die if that's the case
It sounds exactly like this
This guy spun a bearing in one of the cylinders...what can cause that?

Anton - try not to worry, this should COMPLETELY be covered under the original warranty. whether or not it was abuse from the previous owner. it's not like they made you sign something that said "the previous owner abused this vehicle therefore the following is not covered...."
i haven't heard the video yet but i'll do so when i leave work tonight. it sucks that it had to end this way but at least you'll get some resolution and get it fixed. i'm wondering if it was your crank shaft.....who knows....
and as far as spinning a bearing it's typically due to improper installation (which i would believe is rare), a warped bearing (resulting from time and wear usually since it's not likely they would knowingly install a warped bearing at the factory) or excessive wear due to improper clearances (i.e. - poor lubrication, foreign material in the oil scraping the surface, etc.). this will, in fact, produce a loud knocking sound.
i would find it very very hard to believe they would say this is your fault. i was told it's not required for me to keep records of my oil changes so i doubt they would ask it of you. they'll have to assume manufacturer defect. good luck!

Sorry about your car bro hope they can resolve it quickly and get you back on the street.
RemmZero: Who told you keeping records isn't required? You'd be saying something different if you needed warranty repair and the dealer thought it was your fault for not maintaining your car. BTW that little maintenance log they issue with every car is for a reason. If they want to play hardball you'd have no proof youve been taking care of your car.
