Gertrude? Yeah she's a screamer

So today is March 15 and when i got home my present arrived, my Invidia Q300! So after getting all my school work done i decided to open the box up and i am seriously excited. Everything looks damn good! Well to keep it short, i plan on installing the exhaust later today after class.

Thanks TH Motorsports! These guys sell them at a damn good price and ship amazingly quick! I would reccomend these guys to anyone thats out looking for an exhaust. Also a thanks for Mkai0 for selling me his Fast Intention HFC!

Yeah from Youtube clips it sounds louder than a G35 coupe. I wanted to go for a louder sound, but wanted it subtle. The HFC should make it a bit louder as well, if not i do plan to get test pipes.

Looks good!

A note on installation, seems some of the tubes and/or the resonators are mislabeled, so if things don't start fitting just swap the resonators/tubes L-R.

preston, i got mine for under $900 shipped on Amazon. Statik used to sell it for less, but generally it should set you back between $825-$950.

I love my x model, but parts are a little harder to come by. I thought I saw somewhere that there is a Q300 that fits the x?

Nice purchase though apexi!

I got it for 790 shipped. I took it to the shop because the actual install is damn tough because I don't have the proper tools.

There is no actual Q300 that fits the X model, you have to get them modified to fit it.

Nice purchase though apexi!
Thanks!

Yeah i'm actually getting it installed on by a shop lol. Tried it earlier today and couldnt even get the damn cats off let alone the axle backs. Everything was just impossible to get off.

I say it sounds nicer than an OEM coupe. It is audible but in a nice way. At WOT i hear the intake more than the exhaust, but partial throttle you hear the exhaust. On the freeway and between 1500-2500 rpm, under load, you hear it very well.

On the issue of drone. I describe drone as a negative description of something obnoxiously loud. On that note, there is no drone. It's audible on the freeway, but barely, and it's a nice mellow sound.
