BAD CURB ACCIDENT..need some help advice
I had something similar happen to me a couple months ago. I actually hit a snow bank going 5 mph ( car slid sideways and hit the bank) and it cost me around $750 and I still need to replace the bent wheel.
sounds like you need to atleast get the car looked at and weighyour options as to what you want to do, do you want to have the insurance fix it????? you will pay for it in the long run or like stated in earlier post hit up the junk yard for the parts that you will need. depending on price junkyard might be the best bet.
Thx so much to all the replies..I'll have pics in tomorrow. The collision company said so far only my rear wheel and tire so far that they've ordered...but I'm skeptical as all 4 tires hit the curb and if my rims are scratched I'm going to be peeved if I can't get insurance to cover the replacement. As for mechanical stuff they're still running diagnostics.
thx so much for the auto wreckers...might be good for future parts if ever needed.
