Looks nice! Did you notice any diff. on acceleration or MPG going from the stock g35x 17's to the 19's? How much do those 19's weigh?

Where do you guys recommend picking these wheels up?

Thanks, yeah not sure how much they weigh but I would guess at least 10 lbs more than the stocks... I did notice a little slower acceleration off the start..

You have to buy these from a private seller, infiniti wants something ridiculous like $450 a wheel.... sooo yeah.....

You have the first generation G35. According to the threads I've been reading throughout this research (which is driving me nuts) the 1st gen G35 lugs and M lugs are similar, but the 2nd generation are different. And I can't even explain it since I have no idea what they are talking about....

Something about the shape....

BUt neways thanks for the pic! looks good on 1st gen

Mag Shank lugs extend farther into the wheel, where acorn truly look like and acorn at teh base. If you use the acorns they wont seat deep enough inside the rim and will come off while driving, eventually.

I was told that the stock lugs on our rim is Shank style, while Ms use Acorn style.

To be honest I just got my G a couple of months ago and haven't pulled the wheels off personally yet. The only reason I even know the difference is because I bought a set of stock Camry sport wheels to replace the steel wheels on my wife's 2000 Solara. I ran into the mag shank problem then and had to drop 100 bucks on the lugs. Also I will tell you I WOULD spend the addition cash to get OEM lugs as the ones I purchased from Autozone were complete **** and consistently broke the shanks off every time a wheel was pulled.

From this thread which is worth reading:
https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-bra...ir-wheels.html

I noticed a little loss in acceleration. Even though the contact patches are larger I also noticed less grip with the larger M's (same Potenza's), I also noticed more tram lining - where the car catches grooves in the road and steers itself - this is likely due to the way the tires are worn on my own wheels, however I think the wider tires and lower aspect ratio make it easier for tram lining to occur. Overall I really like the look and there isnt too much ride quality sacrifices.

Here is mine with no drop and no spacers (looks better with the addition of both but I like this more than stock):

Thanks for the pic! Yea I read that entire thread but never had the opportunity to look at lugs from both stock and M rims, so couldn't tell which one was which.

I was planning of buying this one, but I'm not sure if the length and width is the correct one..... Does anyone know what M45S rim lug nut size is?

I'm mostly interested in the length, as these aftermarket lugs offer different lengths..... and I have no idea what the stock M lugs length are.

I believe if you go with 10mm spacers, you will have to get longer studs. THat is a pain in the butt and I wouldn't recommend it.
