Also it's important to note, that the IS250 is NOT offered in a M/T. I think the IS350 is ("F" model maybe?), but it is also quite a bit more $$$$.

1) $9999 is returned back to stock w/ NO mods.
2) $12,500 is as it sits w/ all mods AND all stock parts.
I assumed since he's on this enthusiast's website, he'd probably want it as it sits w/ mods (way better deal anyway).
