Which Dealer? When I went to Advanced Auto, they only had the plastic ones....

Not needed unless you somehow manage to bend, chip, or destroy the existing one. They can reform many times w/o a problem. In the last 10 years I've done >50 oil changes and used the same washer... never a leak on either car. I do inspect it before putting it back on tho. I do my own oil changes and have now moved on to using a Fumoto valve so the washer is no longer even a question.

I learned this from an old Mechanic from Poland. When you think that there may be an issue with your crush washer, heat it up with torch and dunk into a bucket of water, basically you are annealing the thing and making it softer. This will work till you get a new replacement washer for next time.
I can't recall exactly without looking it up, but it was just one of the many online Nissan dealerships that sell parts (trademotion site). The gaskets are the same throughout for VQ engines, so just pick a Nissan with one and ask for the gasket. I think they were like $.79 or something. I also bought the lube and crush washers for both my tranny and diff there too. Same oem stuff and WAAAAY cheaper than Infiniti. If you choose an out of state website, you don't pay tax either; just the shipping.
