interior nuances that are bugging me

Ok here are a couple things on my car that need to be addressed this summer, any comments welcome:

-The driver seat buckle for the seat belt tends to squeak against the side of the seat from time to time, I thought it was the actual seat and it was driving me nuts for a while (anyone try sticking foam in there or something?). Sport seats.

-Dash is separating in the classic spots (one corner of gauge cluster surround in those two spots, and another small area).

-shifter assembly makes a squeak/rattling noise once in a while when in second gear or reverse due to the leather vibrating off the other section of leather around the outside (probably unavoidable given the direct connection to the trans and constant vibration in gear).

I've been reading all recent threads but wanted a fresh round of responses to see if anyone else has remedied these. Thanks!

The dash is a warranty issue. I dont have any of the other problems you listed.

Good luck with that, mine was doing the same (more like a vibration rattle/rub/squeak. They added insulation and now it's the insulation I can hear rubbing. Going to address this myself after the summer.

I have an issue with the passenger side door. It sounds like something is loose and sitting in the door - it vibrates on certain roads and with certain music. It doesn't stop when the radio is off and doesn't always make the noise. I believe it's broken piece/screw that vibrates at certain times. Of course the dealership couldn't hear it. I'll fix it myself sometime.

The buckle? Weird, I could swear that my squeaking sound was coming from the seat rubbing against the center console, but I guess that's all in the same area. I'll have to test that out when I get the car back from the stealership (for, among other more serious things, the squeaky driver's seat)

I wish the Drivers seat would go back just a few more inches. Would be nice to stretch my legs a tad more.

I thought i had the same problem. Then I realized it didn't happen with a passenger. Turns out it was the passenger seat belt. I stuff it in between the seat and center console when driving solo. May not be your problem but give is a shot.
