disaster after windshield change!

After my windshield was changed in a local shop, a lot of issues persist.

1. My homelink does not work, i cannot program it.
2. Radio cannot get any stations in am or fm (like there is no atenna connected).
3. Clock is stopped not working.
4. I connect the BullyDog and the screen does not turn on!! When I connect the BD to the computer is working.

I checked all the fuses that are outside in the battery area are they are ok.
Is there any other place I need to look for?
Is there any possibilities that the guys at the shop broke the antenna cable and that the cable is the ground for this devices power?

Any help would be great. thanks

My mirror has the invisicord connected.
When I pickup my car, the cables of the invisicord were disconnected.
I plug them back and the radar detector and mirror turn on, but when you press any of the buttons of the homelink it does not blink red. Compass is working and dimming also. The rest of the items are not working.

I'd call the window company and ask to speak to the guy who did the job.
Find out what he did, what he disconnected and go from there.

Most window replacement guys are complete hacks.
I've gotten to the point that I stand and watch them now. They hacked the **** out of my brand new Acura MDX's dashboard a few years back.

Just checked the fuse box in the left side at the bottom of steering and the fuse box on the side of the battery and all of them are ok. Still no power on the home link, clock, beep sound of the alarm is gone too.

Any other place i need to look for fuses?

In the backup of the unit (right handed) there is a cable that goes up in the drivers side column.
