thinking about pulling the trigger on a system but dont want to spend 1000. anyone running the Tanabe Medalion? I am looking for something louder (obviously) and looks like the Tanabe doesnt do much for sound. i was having trouble finding anything for sale in the market place. thought?

for that price you can pretty much get a full catback from Invidia. check with some of the vendors on here, they should be able to get you a good price. this vid was when it was just installed, expect for it to get a bit louder and deeper. im sure other invidia owners will chime in. Ive got the Fast intentions catback, but thats going to be over your budget.

 

I was also consdiering pullling the trigger on something like that. My main queston is.... Do I or Should I have my ECU remapped afterwards or is a reset good enough?

With just exhaust the ECU should be able to adjust everything and keep the car running healthy.

 

you don't have to but if you want to you can reset the ECU. The ECU is just going to notice some air change
