Berk Test pipe on stock exhaust

I went ahead and ordered the berk's non-resonated on accident last night... but now that I have done alot of research on youtube and through existing threads. I couldn't find any videos of the v36 sedan with the berk nr test pipes on stock exhaust. As i looked through numerous videos of the g37 coupe, 350'z etc. I noticed the rasp on some is not too bad then again everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If anyone has any video of this setup I would greatly appreciate it.

rasp are not that much on it...do not worry at all...I had that set up for over 2 years...non resonated test pipes and stock exhaust...you can def feel the power increase and the sound is awsome.

its not that bad bro i had the same setup , i even took off the resonators !!!! now that was a huge mistake, put them right back on the next day. the sound will be good with some rasp from 2k-3k but once you get the exhaust it will be better depending what u get

I appreciate all the responses... I got an e-mail from Kyle at Import Auto and he informed me that they were out of stock on the berk non-resonated tp's... instead they are sending me the Berk resonated tp's... I did some research and realized either way it wouldn't be bad. I responded to his e-mail last night so I believe by end of this week or beginning of next week I will receive them. Will keep you guys updated!

I have never seen them either... this is the e-mail from Berk Technology to Import parts:

Hi Kyle,

This part is currently out of stock. We can substitute for the same cost to your customer the BT1407-RES which are resonated test pipes for the HR motor. We have the parts for these and can build them for you.

It should be hear on thursday and will get them installed on saturday. Saturday night or sunday morning is when I will post an update possibly with video/pics

Hey guys,
managed to get some pictures of the berk resonated test pipes... was a little bit
of a hassle to install because the bolts were rusted and had to be sawed off. The weight
difference is noticeable and so are the gains in hp. I wish I would have got the stillen gen 3 intake
after this install because its hard to notice the sound from inside. I had a friend drive it up and down the street in at different speeds and the sound is comparable to a stock z or g35 coupe. At higher rpms it opens up alot more. I personally like it because it doesn't sound ricey but I was anticipating a little more volume ... The hp gains is noticeable I feel it being dead on with a g37's acceleration.
Haven't had a chance to take any videos but I will this weekend for sure. The odor of the fumes is strong and you will definitely notice it when you bring down your windows or even when you stand a couple feet away. If I had to rethink this decision I would have just bought a complete exhaust system or HFC...because I had to dish out 250 for a new 02 sensor. The "service engine soon" light did turn on
shortly after. It also seemed as if the car was still getting used to the change because the transmission would shift not as smooth as usual. Video coming soon! BTW "Import pro" the website
I bought this part from was really helpful.

^^^^^^^^

Let me guess it was the upstream (on the manifold) O2 sensor? Its seams like you have a 50/50 chance of damaging that sensor with the install. With the light on ya the car will shift abit odd. Once you get it replaced it will all be good!!!
